- Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to review

- Advance payments made for project confirmation are non-refundable
- This includes design, consultation, and material procurement costs

Refunds may be considered only if:
- The service has not yet been started
- There is a valid issue from our side preventing project execution
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment.

- Products once ordered or installed are non-refundable
- Refunds are not applicable for opened, used, or installed equipment
- Manufacturer warranty applies for defective products

- If the client cancels after project initiation, no refund will be issued
- Any completed work or ordered materials will be charged accordingly

- Work completed
- Materials purchased
- Service and processing charges
